Our approach to building design and medical consulting
During the initial planning stages of our building design and medical consulting services, SPECTRA, Inc. conducts face-to-face and telephone meetings to determine the best path for your group. After conducting a feasibility study, we identify space and equipment requirements, then tailor a proposal to fit your needs. Next, we work with the landlord on leasing contracts or purchase agreements, hire the architect, and receive competitive bids for your building’s construction.
During the construction phase, our team determines the lead requirements for your new rooms, as well as the equipment, furniture, computers, government registrations, and IT work that will be necessary. When the equipment is delivered, we provide you with a comprehensive policy and procedure manual that covers inventory, staffing, medications, and patient forms.
