Our Process

Phase I

Discovery and Planning

In the initial planning stages of our building design and medical consulting services we conduct discovery meetings that enable us to determine the general space and equipment requirements that fits your needs.

Phase II

Lease Negotiation and Contractor Selection

We work with landlords on leasing contracts or purchase agreements, coordinate the hiring of an architect, and receive at least three competitive bids for your building’s construction.

Phase III

Construction Supervision and Equipment Specification

Our team determines the lead requirements for your new rooms, as well as the equipment, furniture, computers, government registrations, and the IT work that is necessary.

Phase IV

Equipment Delivery and Center Consulting

We provide ASC and OBL consulting services for specialized practices. Once the equipment is delivered, we develop a comprehensive policy and procedure manual covering inventory, staffing, medications, and patient forms.
